PTO Activities and Fundraising
The Birthday Books program allows you and your child to help grow the library in a personal way. Consider making a Birthday Books donation through the PTO.
When it's your child's birthday, those funds will be used to purchase a new book for the library and your child's name will be listed inside the book and they can be the first one to check it out. Click here for more information.
Our annual fundraising and auction event for adults! Held at the Wire music venue in Berwyn.
Junior Great Books
Junior Great Books is a reading program open to grades 1-5. Once a week from January to March, students meet during lunch and recess to discuss pre-selected readings. Meetings are led by parent volunteers in small groups. Download the flyer here for more information.
Mann Variety Show
The Mann Variety Show is a Mann community favorite that takes place every Spring. Over 100 Mann Mustangs participate in this one-night-only event at Julian Middle School. Students from every grade present amazing acts. Singling, dancing, pogo sticking, magic, yo-yoing - it's called a 'Variety' show for a reason! Watch here for more information. To volunteer and for questions, please contact Emily Lloyd.
Art Appreciation is a PTO Program that brings parent volunteers into the classroom to lead or assist in lessons about art or an artist. You don't need to be an artist to get involved! If you'd like to volunteer please email Anja Wachter or Ellen Maliff.
